Reflecting a commitment to diversity unmatched in America’s commercial real estate sector, Cushman & Wakefield and JRT Realty Group, a certified Minority/Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE), have reaffirmed their strategic alliance, which aims to boost equality in the commercial real estate workplace for both women and minorities.
Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, initiated its relationship with JRT Realty Group, the country’s first and largest, certified woman-owned commercial real estate firm, in 2003.
The founder and CEO of JRT Realty Group, Jodi Pulice, was the only female business owner in commercial real estate when she launched the firm in 1996, promptly gaining formal certification as a M/WBE. The company has since set an industry standard by obtaining M/WBE certification from more than 500 corporations and institutions.
