JRT Realty Group Arranges Lease for InstaVet at The Hakimian Organization’s 44-16 23rd Street

JRT Realty Group, the nation’s largest certified woman-owned commercial real estate services firm, has arranged a new retail lease for InstaVet Technologies, Inc. (InstaVet) on behalf of The Hakimian Organization and Gorjian•NY at 44-16 23rd Street in Long Island City in Queens.

InstaVet will occupy 4,266 rentable-square-feet on the ground floor of the two-story buildilng at 44-16 23rd Street between 44th Avenue and 44th Road.

The brokerage team of Greg Smith, Lauren Calandriello and Ellen Israel of JRT Realty Group represented the Landlord in the transaction. Alex Hedaya and Alex Beard of Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC represented InstaVet.

InstaVet animal hospital will be open 24 hours a day offering emergency veterinary services, including walk-in urgent care, diagnostics, advanced surgery, and specialty care in collaboration with local veterinarians in Long Island City and Astoria.

44-16 23rd Street is located one block away from Amazon’s recently announced HQ2 in Long Island City. The building is also home to barre3 and New York Kids Club.

The building in short walking distance to Court Square with easy access to the E/M/7/G/N/Q subway lines and local bus stops. The Queensboro Bridge is also within close proximity to the property, along with various dining and retail shopping.
