Jodi Pulice, the founder and CEO of JRT Realty, considers the outer boroughs as the hottest trend in real estate right now. “The outer boroughs are very hot. You know, some of the retailers that have never really been out there are all moving out there. You know, they’re taking risks that they never took before and they’re all here,” she said.
She’s currently closing deals at ICSC Recon, a process that she likened to “shooting fish in a barrel.”
“It’s like shooting fish in a barrel. I mean, everybody’s here from all over the place… We’re all over the place and we’re hitting on everyone. It’s a great opportunity to meet a lot of people all in one place,” she said.
