Greg Smith and Ellen Israel of JRT, a strategic alliance partner with Cushman & Wakefield, is the exclusive leasing agent for more than 100,000 s/f of newly-vacant, white-boxed office space for lease at the building.
Available spaces include the entire third and ninth floors, each comprising 32,512 s/f, and partial availabilities on the second, sixth and eighth floors ranging from 8,688 to 15,094 s/f.

Taconic also launched a new marketing center and website featuring virtual tours of the 10-story, 330,000 s/f historic property, which has 20 ft. column spacing and 11.5 ft. ceilings.

Each floor is bathed in natural light and offer views of the Hudson River and Midtown West overlooking DeWitt Clinton Park.

619 West 54th St. is currently home to such prominent tenants as Maserati and RK Bridal, who recently relocated their New York showroom to the fifth floor of the building.

As part of Taconic’s effort to modernize the building, the company completed a total renovation of the lobby, entrance, and elevators; upgraded common areas, including corridors and restrooms; and added accent lighting to highlight the building’s unique Art Deco crown.

Tenants will have access to the building’s new bike room complete with showers, as well as an on-site gated parking lot and basement storage.

Taconic is also designing a 3,000 s/f roof terrace on the north side of the building.
