As CEO, Ms. Pulice is responsible for directing and overseeing all organizational activities, including transaction management and implementation; strategic consulting and project planning; property management; and leasing.
Currently Ms. Pulice is responsible for a leasing and management portfolio of more than 10 million square feet on behalf of TIAA, one of the largest institutional real estate investors in America. Among her accomplishments are leasing and sales transactions totaling more than $3 billion, including the sale of the Seagram Building in Manhattan as well as representing the FDIC’s national field offices at 92 locations.
Ms. Pulice is a member of Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and National Minority Business Council (NMBC). She is a board member of United Nations Federal Credit Union Foundation, YMCA – Long Island City, as well as the Jeffrey Modell Foundation.
As an acknowledged leader in commercial real estate transaction management, asset management and strategic planning, Mr. Smith is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of account management, ranging from operations and lease administration to management of tenant improvements and capital renovations.
Currently, he is providing strategic oversight responsibility for a portfolio that exceeds 10 million square feet on behalf of TIAA-CREF and has successfully represented the United Nations Federal Credit Union’s (UNFCU) real estate requirements exclusively for the past 15 years. Mr. Smith has been instrumental in the sale of $1 billion in assets for TIAA-CREF and UniBank, a Danish commercial lender. In addition, he provided exclusive representation to AOL in the establishment of their first headquarters location in New York and collaborated with the company on additional assignments in New York and California. Most recently, he negotiated a purchase transaction in Long Island City, Queens, on behalf of the UNFCU, which is developing a new 270,000-square-foot Class-A office tower as its New York headquarters. JRT Realty also has been named leasing and managing agent of the building.
Since joining JRT Realty in 1998, Mr. Smith has been nationally recognized as a leading producer in key commercial real estate markets throughout the United States and New York City. Currently, he spearheads leasing transactions and managing assignments for over 150 buildings nationwide and serves as a liaison between the properties and their respective asset managers. Under his direction, JRT Realty designed and standardized an innovative reporting process for individual lease transactions as a value-added service.
Mr. Smith earned a bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He is also a board member of the Long Island City Partnership, YMCA – Long Island City, and the Jeffrey Modell Foundation.
In her 30 year career, Ms. Israel has worked for some of the largest institutional and entrepreneurial real estate organizations, and has sat on every side of a negotiating table.
Ms. Israel launched her career in 1980 at N.Peter Burton, where she worked with and learned the business from her father, George Israel, a respected and accomplished 50-year veteran of the industry. She immediately gained the notice of the industry when she successfully sold a 1-million-sq.ft. building for the owner, Ford Motor Development (currently known as the BMW Building), to two leading New York landlords (George Kaufman and Aaron Gural) for $40 million.
In the years since, Ms. Israel has executed transactions totaling over 25 million square feet of sales and leasing on behalf of owners, investors and tenants.
Most recently, Ms. Israel served as a Transaction Manager with Cushman & Wakefield’s Client Solution team supporting Verizon in helping them accomplish their goals reducing the size of their real estate portfolio and operating expenses. She directed the all-cash sales of nearly 1 million square feet of condominium interests in Verizon-owned office buildings in Manhattan, and repositioned 500,000 square feet of third-party leases.
Previously, Ms. Israel was Senior Vice President of The Witkoff Group, a leading entrepreneurial investor and owner of New York property. In her 12 year tenure at this company, she managed leasing for the Daily News Building, the Woolworth Building and the Pepsi Bottling Headquarters in Westchester among other properties. She was also responsible for acquiring – and later selling at profits – noteworthy properties including 20 Exchange Place and 28 West 44th Street.
In addition, as a leading investment sales broker, Ms. Israel was a Managing Director at Georgia Malone & Co. and at Insignia/ESG (now CBRE) and an Investment Advisor at Riverbank Realty. As a prolific broker, she was involved with the sale of numerous properties, including 10 East 53rd Street, 866 Third Avenue and 222 Broadway.
Ms. Israel is involved with several real estate groups, including YMWREA, and the Real Estate Board of New York. She graduated from Ithaca College, and continues to be involved with the college.
Prior to joining the world of real estate, Howard spent 13 years in the NFL. He played his entire career with the New York Giants and was a major contributor in the Superbowl XXV championship. He returned to the Superbowl 10 seasons later when the Giants fell to the Baltimore Ravens.
Howard is an accomplished public and motivational speaker. During the football season Howard can be seen as a sports analyst on NBC Sports and FOX, and heard as a sideline reporter on NY Giants Radio.
Howard is very active in the community, giving back via charities such as Autism Speaks, JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), and The Valerie Fund. He also makes frequent stops at schools and camps for kids.
Prior to joining JRT, Howard was a Principal of Cresa New York, and was previously a Senior Managing Director at Colliers International. Howard played football for four years at the University of Alabama, where he learned the true value of teamwork and giving back to the community. He finished his bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Prior to JRT, Mr. Brestovan worked for Cassidy Turley and Cresa New York where he was named a “Rising Star” and to the Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30” list for 2015. Specializing in tenant representation, his clients have included a wide variety of tenants across multiple industries. This list includes Anchor.FM, Affinity Health Plan, Axis Capital, Comunilife, Coty, DKMS, Guidance Software, Philosophie, Procore, Spotify, The King’s College, The Trade Desk, Twitter and Unlockd Media. He actively volunteers with The Special Olympics and Kennedy Center in Connecticut and New York City.
Mr. Brestovan graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Additionally, Ms. DeNunzio serves as the account administration client liaison for TIAA-CREF’s more than 150 buildings, exceeding 13 million square feet in asset management assignments awarded to JRT Realty by the leading financial services provider. She has served in a similar capacity on behalf of FDIC and the agency’s 91 national field offices. As the FDIC’s representative, JRT was responsible for renewing, expanding or relocating a portfolio of leased properties totaling 2.9 million square feet.
Currently, Ms. Brown is providing strategic oversight for the firm’s clients, TIAA-CREF, United Nations Development Corp, United Nations Federal Credit Union and the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey. The firm’s largest client, TIAA-CREF’s national portfolio with JRT exceeds 10 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties.
Prior to joining JRT, Mr. Ortiz worked for Cresa New York, where he provided high level financial consulting, transaction structuring and strategy, and execution services. Mr. Ortiz previously worked for Colliers International where he was the head financial analyst for their New Jersey Operations. Mr. Ortiz was also a member of Colliers Investment Services Group, with a focus on financial modeling, production of offering materials and direct marketing. Mr. Ortiz has underwritten assets with a total consideration of approximately $500 Million dollars. Mr. Ortiz also worked in public accounting in the real estate private equity group at CohnReznick LLP.
Mr. Ortiz has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Calandriello offers knowledge in corporate tenant and owner representation in the acquisition and disposition of office space throughout the New York metropolitan area. As such, she is currently active on the Department of Citywide Agency Services (DCAS) portfolio-wide services assignment, where she is assisting JRT team members in the provision of advisory services for more than 10 million square feet of renewals, relocations, consolidations and sale dispositions throughout Manhattan and New York City’s outer boroughs including Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx.
Aside from her work with Department of Citywide Administrative Services; Lauren’s clients include AIG (multiple transactions in the tri-state area), Savanna at New York City’s 1825 Park Avenue; and 2417 3rd Avenue, “The Bruckner Building.” In the Bronx; The Hakimian Organization at 44-16 23rd Street in Long Island City; Kaufman Astoria Studios at 34-11 36th Street in Queens; United Federal Credit Union at 24-01 44th Road, “Court Square Place” in Long Island City; and Madison Realty Capital at 825 East 141st Street, “Union Crossing” in the Bronx.
Lauren was nominated in Commercial Observer’s 2017 30 under 30 list and a recipient of the Queens Power Women in Business Award for 2016. She also has received the NYU Real Estate Financial Analysis Professional Development Gold Standard Course Badge. Her professional affiliations include Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association (YMWREA), Cushman & Wakefield’s Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) and Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders (CWFL). She is also a member of iMentor, a mentoring program that empowers first-generation students from low-income communities to graduate high school, succeed in college and achieve their ambitions.
Ms. Calandriello is a cum laude graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Psychology.
Prior to working at JRT, Taylor worked as a production assistant for the HBO series Vinyl and is currently a board member at the residential tower Octavia on 47th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues.
Taylor graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Italian. She is a board member of the Octavia Condominium, 216 East 47th Street, New York, NY.
Prior to joining JRT Kevin worked at Cresa, a firm that specialized in tenant representation. Mr. Kennelly has participated in multiple notable transactions with his former firm and intends to bring his experience and drive to do the same at JRT Realty Group. Having been in the real estate industry for over 2 years, Kevin understands that there is success in numbers, always promoting a team work ethic and motivating force to those around him. Mr. Kennelly’s professionalism has driven him to work side by side with two prominent senior brokers at JRT, mainly Jodi Pulice (the CEO) and Howard Cross (Executive Managing Director). Jodi and Howard have a combined 50+ years of experience and provide Kevin with a diverse approach to transaction management. To provide more depth to his work, Mr. Kennelly has made it a point to join organizations throughout NYC, most notably he has recently joined The Ireland Funds’ New York City Chapter.

Prior joining JRT in December 2016, Carly worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Marketing Associate. During her time at Cushman & Wakefield, she supported the regional business development goals by working with our internal clients to develop strategies and marketing tools that help win business.
Carly graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing.
Ms. Combs has been involved in a broad range of activities in support of the firm’s diverse client base, including market research, lease review and negotiations, due diligence, site selection and transaction support.
She has a Master’s degree in Business Management from CUNY.
